Why?
Why can't I get a break?
I work so hard to be the best I can be in band, I am a drum major (which is like the top most authority in the band) but it's like I'm not even there. I'm just second out and I never get a chance to shine and be heard. It's only the head drum major and the junior. It's our first year having 3 drum majors, so you can imagine, it's hard for me. I hate being left out. I want to be shown as a leader. I just want to be able to shine me senior year. It's not happening though. I was better off just staying on the field and playing my clarinet if this is how the band and the band director is going to treat me..
